Pride and Promote of Los Angeles Toy Drive Cancelled

 

Los Angeles, CA (December 7, 2011) –With a heavy heart and deepest regrets, Pride and Promote of Los Angeles announced today that we are no longer hosting a Christmas Toy Drive due to current time restraints and limited resources to produce a successful event for the children of our community.

 

“This hurts our hearts, but right now we simply don’t have the resources and time to pull this off the way we want to and the way these families deserve, so this organizations will help our community in other ways this holiday season.”, says Pride and Promote President Paul Scott.

 

We are glad to offer recommendations to families in need of food and toys this holiday season by visiting our website (www.atbla.com). Pride and Promote, is also standing behind and assisting the efforts of the “Feeding Rainbow” and its heartwarming mission to feed homeless LGBTQ youth and young adults who call the streets of Hollywood home on Friday, December 23rd.
