HISTORICAL CHANGES TO EVENT

• VENUE: Change to Venue from Malibu Point Dume to Dockweiler State Beach

  12501 Vista Del Mar, Playa del Rey, CA.

   

TIME SCHEDULE: Now time Specific Rather than suggested Time in the past (from Dusk to Dawn) Now from 10am – 8pm

 

• CLOSE PROXIMITY: We have selected a beach that is less than 15minutes drive from the Host Hotel, and less than 10miles radius from city 15 MIN DRIVE

   

• RECREATIONAL VEHICLE ACCESS: The is a special Spot for RV’s at this beach. RV’s can stay overnight for as many days as you choose. The RV parking is only 100yard from the venue of the event

The annual L.A. Black Pride Beach Party will take place from 10am to 8pm Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Dockweiler State Beach 12501 Vista Del Mar, Playa del Rey, CA behind the LAX international Airport.

Parking/Shuttle

because the beach is so close to the Hotel, There will be minimal shuttling from the host hotel to the beach. If there is a demand for Shuttling we may make a few adjustments

Beach Party Enforced Rules & Regulations

The Beach Party Unity Celebration is a City of Malibu approved event that is guided by local rules and regulations. Fines may given for violation of beach rules.

• No alcohol on the beach Unless Provided by Event The organizers in assigned area

• No pets on the beach

• No fires

• No smoking on the beach

• No four sided tents. All tents must be see through.

• Coolers may be subject to inspection upon entering the beach area

• No glass containers

• No littering

• No illegal parking
